Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and are subject to courier timelines. Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by the respective courier provider.
ARC – Athlete Recovery cannot be held responsible for courier delays. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at help@arcathleterecovery.com and we will do our best to assist.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items come with an estimated dispatch window which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Please note that these timelines are indicative. While we always aim to dispatch on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery schedules. In such cases, we will reach out to you directly with an update. Pre-order payments are non-refundable and by placing a pre-order the customer acknowledges and accepts the estimated delivery window provided at the time of purchase. 2. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all order details, including your delivery address and product selection, are correct before completing your purchase.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed your order in full prior to payment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted for any reason.
- Customers are encouraged to reach out to us before placing an order if they have any questions – our team is happy to help.
3. Receiving Your Order
We want every ARC – Athlete Recovery product to reach you safely and in perfect condition. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note the following:
- We ask that all confirmed orders are accepted at the time of delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for someone to receive the order on your behalf.
- If for any reason a delivery cannot be completed and the order is returned to us, re-delivery will be arranged at the customer’s cost.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will be re-dispatched only upon confirmation and settlement of re-delivery charges.
- Declining delivery of a confirmed and shipped order does not qualify as a cancellation and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
4. Returns
All ARC – Athlete Recovery products are non-returnable once an order has been confirmed. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect product selection.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. We encourage all customers to review product specifications, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and our team is always on hand at help@arcathleterecovery.com to answer any pre-purchase questions.
In the event that a product arrives damaged or is found to have a confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will arrange a replacement or exchange subject to the process outlined in Section 5. No refunds will be issued.
5. Warranty & Defect Claims
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the following process applies:
Eligibility
- Claims raised in the final 30 days of warranty will be subject to further scrutiny.
- Defects must be reported as soon as they are identified. Failure to report an issue promptly upon discovery may void the claim. ARC – Athlete Recovery reserves the right to decline claims where it is evident the issue was known to the customer but not reported in a timely manner.
- Claims for transit damage must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- A valid ARC – Athlete Recovery order number and proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is mandatory for all claims. Claims submitted without a verifiable ARC order number will not be processed under any circumstances.
- Photographic or video evidence of the defect must be submitted at the time of raising the claim. For transit damage, evidence must include footage or photographs of the outer packaging in its sealed or intact condition prior to opening. A photograph of a damaged product alone is not sufficient.
Process
- Contact help@arcathleterecovery.com with your ARC order number, evidence of the defect, and a clear description of the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 7 business days of receiving the claim.
- ARC – Athlete Recovery’s assessment of whether a defect exists is final and binding. If our inspection of the returned product does not confirm a manufacturing defect, the claim will be rejected and return shipping charges will be levied on the customer.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or exchange. The defective product must be returned to us and inspected before the replacement is dispatched.
- The returned product must be in a condition consistent with the reported defect. If the product is received with damage or deterioration unrelated to the reported defect, ARC – Athlete Recovery reserves the right to reject the claim.
- All return shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
Replacement & Exchange Terms
- Any replacement or exchange unit does not carry a new warranty. It inherits the remaining duration of the original product’s warranty period only.
- The remedy under this warranty is limited strictly to a replacement or exchange. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Submitting a false, misleading, or exaggerated defect claim is a breach of these terms. ARC – Athlete Recovery reserves the right to permanently blacklist any customer found to have submitted a fraudulent claim.
What is NOT covered
- Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by third-party repairs, servicing, or modifications.
- Claims raised outside the warranty period, within the final 30 days of the warranty period, or beyond 24 hours for transit damage.
- Products purchased through third-party distributors, resellers, or any channel other than www.arcathleterecovery.com.
6. Refund Policy
ARC – Athlete Recovery does not issue refunds on any confirmed orders under any circumstances. All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued after order has been confirmed and shipped
- No refunds will be issued for orders declined or refused at the point of delivery.
- No refunds will be issued for pre-orders regardless of changes to estimated dispatch timelines.
- No refunds will be issued for confirmed manufacturing defects – these are handled through our replacement or exchange process (Section 5).
- Refunds are not applicable for purchases made through third-party distributors or retailers.
7. Transit Damage
If your product arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please follow these steps immediately:
- Before opening the package, photograph or video the outer packaging clearly showing its condition upon receipt.
- Photograph or video the product after opening, showing the damage.
- Notify us within 24 hours at help@arcathleterecovery.com with your ARC order number and all evidence.
Claims reported after 24 hours of receipt will not be accepted. Evidence that does not include footage of the sealed packaging prior to opening may be rejected. ARC – Athlete Recovery will not be held liable for damage reported outside this window or without sufficient evidence.
8. Lost in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will work to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing your order. ARC – Athlete Recovery cannot be held liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
ARC – Athlete Recovery shall not be held liable for:
- Delays in delivery caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss or damage occurring after the order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer at the time of order.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delayed or non-delivery.
