Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We provide our customers with a choice of shipping options at checkout, and delivery times for each shipping option is clearly displayed before purchase.

Please note that the shipping times are 'obtained from our shipping provider' and are always estimated. Once an order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery/shipping provider to deliver within the specified timeframe.

But should you experience any delays in delivery, please contact us via our dedicated helpdesk help@arcathleterecovery.com, and we will help resolve and liaise with the shipping provider to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for customers within Karnataka. For customers outside of the state there is a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 150. 

Pre Orders

For Pre Order items, please be aware that these products are subject to 'delivery windows'. These windows are estimated and are subject to us obtaining stock from our supplier(s) on-time.

On very rare occasions, our supplier(s) may experience delays that are out of their control, and so either we will receive stock late, or only receive partial delivery of stock, and so orders may leave our warehouse a little later than expected.

In either case, if you are experiencing any delays in delivery, please contact us via our dedicated helpdesk help@arcathleterecovery.com and we will help resolve the delivery of your order as soon as possible.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange please contact us via our dedicated helpdesk help@arcathleterecovery.com and we will arrange the return of your product and the exchange.


Returns

We trust you will be delighted with your ARC - Athlete Recovery product purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 7 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, and undamaged in the original packaging. If products have been opened and used, a restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds can only be issued on purchases made online at www.arcathleterecovery.com Refunds are not accepted for items purchased from third-party distributors. Refunds will  only be issued if upon receiving the product it is completely damaged and we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product. 

For a refund, please contact us first via our dedicated helpdesk help@arcathleterecovery.com, return your item/s to us at the below address. Please include a copy of your invoice in the package, clearly marking the item(s) you wish to return for a refund.

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance where a product is considered faulty, we will offer a replacement. You must provide proof of purchase. We reserve the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty.

You must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during delivery. Failure to do so may affect your shipping insurance claim and result in no compensation being provided.

If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a voucher or refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 7 business days from the arrival of the product. 


Please Note:

  • ARC - ATHLETE RECOVERY can not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • Customers will be responsible for completing the returns form accurately.
  • You must send the original, or a copy of your invoice with the package.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, ARC - ATHLETE RECOVERY will not be held liable, but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
