Q. How long do you take to deliver the product ?
A. 5 to 7 business days.
Q. Do you have your own delivery service?
A. We use a third-party delivery partner. We strive towards ensuring smooth deliveries and work towards escalating any issue with our partners should our customers face any issue. However, please note; any operational delays caused by the logistics partner is beyond our control.
Q. Are there shipping fees ?
A. No, there aren't any shipping fees for deliveries within Karnataka. There is a nominal charge of Rs. 150 for shipping to locations outside of Karnataka.
Q. What locations do you deliver to ?
A. We deliver pan India.
Q. Are you available for international shipping ?
A. At the moment we are available only for bulk order international shipping. We will notify clients through our website and mail when we are ready to ship single orders internationally.
Q. I made a mistake in my delivery address and/or phone number, what should I do?

Q. Where can I place this product?
A. Your COLD RUSH portable ice bath can be installed anywhere with a water connection/place that you can let the water out.
Q. Can someone who is tall also fit in the COLD RUSH comfortably?
A. An individual up to the height of 6’4 can fit comfortably in the tub
Q. Do I need to add ice?
A. Yes, you need to add ice to your COLD RUSH tub.
Q. How much ice is required?
A. If you're just starting off with ice baths you have to first understand what your body tolerance is. Some people start with as little as 5kgs and gradually increase their ice quantities as and when their body tolerance increases.
A. We suggest to consult with your professional health physician and/or trainer prior to taking an ice bath. People with under lying medical conditions, pregnant and lactating women should not do ice baths.

A. After your product has been delivered our team will reach out to you with a video of the assembling and dissembling of the product and any other assistance you might need.
Q. My COLD RUSH has gotten a puncture what should I do ?
A. Every COLD RUSH box comes with 2 puncture repair patches.
Q. One of the items in my box has arrived damaged what should I do ?
