Most recovery tools ask you to choose. Pressure or temperature. Loosen the muscle or calm it. The RYNO MX carries all three in a single head, so the session adapts to the body rather than the body adapting to the tool.

Heat and cold, from the same head
The massage head runs independently of the handle, with its own battery and its own charge. Warmth to open tissue before a session. Cold to settle it afterward.
Heat: Level One at 40°C, Level Two at 45°C
Cold: Level One at 18°C, Level Two at 12°C
Each runs on a ten minute auto timer, one at a time, so the temperature stays deliberate rather than continuous.

Continuous for steady, constant speed work across large muscle groups
Intermittent for pulsed impact on tighter areas
Linear acceleration for a build that ramps through the stroke
Linear for direct, single note pressure
Thirty speed levels, starting at Level 10. Short press to step up one level. Hold to climb.
Seven heads
In addition to the hot and cold massage head, you have seven attachments, each shaped for a different surface of the body. Broad heads for quads and glutes. Precision heads for knots and insertion points. Softer heads for areas that ask for less.
Reaches where you cannot
The handle extends and locks, turning a handheld device into something that reaches the mid back and rear shoulders without a second pair of hands.
It knows when to stop
Press too hard and the block stop function engages, showing amber on the light ring until pressure eases. Protection for the motor, and for you.
