LEVELUP COMPRESSION RECOVERY BOOTS
We want you to be thrilled with your new Level-Up compression recovery boots! If you have any questions or would like recommendations about your new product, please don't hesitate to contact us. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your Level-Up order to begin the return or exchange process.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your original Level-Up order number.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Invoice: All returns must have an Invoice and or an order number. To start the process of a return or exhange, contact us at help@arcathleterecovery.com. Items returned without supporting documents will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition: Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any products that show signs of wear or are soiled in any way will be considered "unacceptable," and you will be notified. Unacceptable returns and exchanges may be reshipped back to you upon payment of an inspection and shipping fee.
Please note that Arc Athlete Recovery does not reimburse shipping costs for returns or any shipping fees applied at checkout.
